ok first off, to Janine M: you think dawn dish soap causes lots of damage, but a bleach cap doesn't? hello? bleach, even mixed with shampoo, causes DAMAGE! at least the "damage" caused by the dawn can be easily corrected by a simple deep conditioner. you obviously know nothing about hair color.
if the OTC color remover (which i cannot believe you even tried, as it should have turned your hair bright orange) didn't work, you need to call a salon first thing in the morning and get a professional color remover like rusk elimin8 (not like the old-school strippers, much less harsh, just stinky as all get out), and then you would probably need a toner to get your hair back to the bleached blonde of before. unless you want a totally different color, in which case you need to consult with the stylist and see what your options are. make sure you call a reputable salon known for color corrections. i, personally, would request someone who had been licensed for at least 3 or 4 years, or even a designer or master stylist if you call a regis. you don't want to be stuck with a newbie fresh out of school. oh, and be sure to gather a few pictures of the ideal results you are looking for to make the explanation process a little easier :)
good luck!

One way to get rid of dye out of your hair quick is to make a mixture of equal amounts of hair bleach and shampoo. Just rub it in your hair and the color rinses right out.
Other people use Dawn dishsoap, but that's a really bad thing to do since it really damages your hair.

Your best bet is to go to a hair color specialist. I've dyed my own hair many times in the past and I ended up with messes a few times. I ended up at a salons paying lots of $$$ for color corrections a few times. One time I had to have a great deal of my hair cut off. It's worth seeing a professional in the long run. Best o' luck to ya!!!!
